This Geek in Comics for 3-14-2018
Outright Geekery’s weekly comic book review podcast, it’s This Geek in Comics for 3-14-2018. On this week’s Avenging for Forever episode, co-hosts Gaumer and AKADavid discuss the new trailer for Avengers Infinity War, and they were both smacked in the face with awesome. They also reviewed comic books. Mister Miracle #7 continues to impress the hell out of both hosts, while Detective Comics #976 is building to what Gaumer has named the Bat-Family Civil War. Marvel Comics has New Mutants Dead Souls #1, a book that Gaumer tried to convince David to read. AKADavid gushed over Archie’s Vampironica #1, but was a bit confused by Black Mask Studios’ Come Into Me #1. The Dark Crystal finally ended over at BOOM! Studios, and both hots were ecstatic about it ending, albeit for totally different reasons. All that and more on this week’s episode.
