The band is comprised of Matt Beard (vocals), Ethan Grice (bass), Oscar Smith (guitars), and Will Bowen on drums, and were officially born in 2018. Throughout 2019, the Peterborough alt-rockers built a loyal army of followers, assisted by a slew of successful shows playing alongside everyone from Dead Reynolds, False Hearts, We Are The Catalyst, and Powderhead to Piston. During this time, the quartet also revealed two very well-received singles, Sin City and Ultraviolet Wasteland, which garnered airplay from BBC Introducing and Planet Rock.
CALL TO THE FAITHFUL are ready to widen their reach further, and the hotly-tipped tunesters have just revealed their most somber and emotional release to date, Demons. The single is a melodic-drenched but poignant track which has been released, in line with UK Mental Health Awareness week. The video for Demons is a powerful look at a person’s continuous struggle battling their own mind. The band remark about the single and its significance: “Demons is written from the perspective of someone fighting a daily battle with their demons, it explores dark themes through its lyrics and hard-hitting video. Proceeds from sales will also be donated to a mental health charity.”
